We also offer optional consultancy packages for applicants who want to take their visa application forward in a more controlled way. Consultancy does not replace the official system; it helps with preparing, checking and following the application, as well as with planning the journey.
Please note: Using visa consultancy is not compulsory. If they prefer, applicants can complete their application themselves, directly via the official system.
The amount shown on the consultancy packages is the fee for the service Mark Turizm provides. Where applicable, the official visa fee and any bank or virtual POS commission are listed apart from this fee.
The consultancy packages we provide
From one package to the next, what changes is the depth of the application check, the priority given to the service, the extent of tracking, how detailed the personalised Türkiye plan is and how long that plan takes to prepare. Every package includes an advance check of the photo and, when required, of the supporting documents.
Information, photo and document checks
Inconsistencies in the passport, personal details, dates and travel document are looked for, and the photo to be uploaded and, if required, the supporting documents are reviewed beforehand for format, legibility and agreement with the application information.

The package fee and the total payment are two different things. The main item you see in the consultancy packages is Mark Turizm’s service fee. Where they apply, the official visa fee and the commission arising from the payment infrastructure are shown as separate items.

What a visa consultancy payment consists of
You should be able to see clearly which items your payment covers before you reach the payment step. The items that may make up the total are listed below.
The fee for consultancy
In the Standard, Fast and Express packages, the main item is the fee for the optional consultancy service provided by Mark Turizm.
Official visa fee (if applicable)
Should the competent authorities have set an official visa fee for the application in question, it appears separately from the consultancy fee.
Commission from the bank or virtual POS
Card payments may involve a commission of about 5%, depending on the bank and payment infrastructure used. The exact rate is shown to you at the payment step.
Total amount payable
The total is calculated by adding any official visa fee and any payment commission to the consultancy service fee.
The service’s limits and things worth knowing
Please note: Consultancy helps the application process run in a more orderly way, yet it offers no guarantee that the visa will be approved, that the right to enter Türkiye will be granted or that third-party services will lead to a particular result.

- No guarantee of entry into Türkiye is given by Mark Turizm.
- Opting for Fast or Express does not shorten the official authorities’ decision time.
- Consultancy is not a service that can be used instead of the official system.
- The packages only make a difference to Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, the scope of the checks and the level of detail of the Türkiye plan prepared.

Is it compulsory to use consultancy?
No. Consultancy is a service you can take up or not, as you prefer. If they wish, applicants can submit their applications themselves, directly through the official system.
Is the official visa fee included when I pay for a package?
No. If there is an official visa fee, it appears as an item separate from the price of the consultancy package. The total payment consists of these items together with any payment commission.
Will the official result arrive faster if I choose Fast or Express?
No. The only things these packages change are Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, how thoroughly the checks are carried out and the level of support. The official decision process is not accelerated by them.
What does support guidance by phone or WhatsApp refer to?
It refers to receiving greater priority in the communication and guidance support that Mark Turizm offers. It does not imply any guarantee about the official authorities’ decision process or the outcome of their decision.
Is there a guarantee for the restaurants or events recommended in my Türkiye plan?
No. Restaurant, event, concert, theatre, museum, transport and similar third-party suggestions in the Türkiye plan are intended to inform and guide you. Tickets, reservations, availability, prices and the outcome of third-party services are not guaranteed.
