Service Agreement for Türkiye
General Terms and Türkiye Annex
General Terms
Article 1 | Identifying the Parties
Service Provider (Mark Turizm):
In this agreement, each of the expressions “Mark Turizm”, “Company”, “Service Provider”, “we” and “website” refers to the company described below, which runs the application, consultancy, tracking, payment, information and support services offered through the website:

Applicant:
In this agreement, “Applicant” or “user” refers to anyone who, through the website and either on their own behalf or on behalf of another person they are authorized to act for, fills in a form, shares information or documents, submits an application, requests consultancy services, makes a payment, tracks an application or receives services.
An Applicant acting for someone else accepts that they have the authority, on that person’s behalf, to apply, to share the necessary information and documents, to conduct the application process and to accept this agreement.
Article 2 | Where This Agreement and Its Country Annexes Apply
The application, consultancy, tracking, payment, information and support services that are offered through the website are subject to this agreement.
The type of service chosen by the Applicant may additionally be indicated on the payment screen, the application screen, the information pages, the fee policy page or in the relevant consent areas. Before carrying out a transaction, the Applicant is obliged to check the payment items, the total amount, the scope of the service, the cancellation and refund terms and the related information notices shown to them.
By performing a transaction on the website, sending a form, paying or ticking the relevant consent boxes, the Applicant is deemed to have accepted those provisions of this agreement displayed to them that are applicable to the service they selected.
For services directed at a particular country, the provisions specific to that country are set out in its annex (the “Country Annex”). The Service Agreement for such a service consists of these General Terms and the Country Annex. The website publishes the Country Annex alongside the General Terms in the section for that country. The first article of the annex sets out its relationship with the General Terms and the rule on precedence. The expression “relevant country” in these General Terms identifies the country whose visa the Applicant is applying for.
Article 3 | Paying for Services
Which payment items apply to the consultancy service is displayed on the application and payment screens.
The total amount may consist of the service fee of the selected consultancy package, any official visa fee and any transaction costs arising from the bank, the card, the virtual POS or the payment infrastructure.
The Applicant is obliged to check the items and the total amount on the payment screen before approving the payment.
If there is an official visa fee, it is a separate item from the consultancy service fee. Any amounts listed separately on the payment screen are collected after the Applicant’s approval has been obtained.
Article 4 | The Application Process
In general, the application process may consist of the steps listed below:
- The Applicant fills in the application form,
- The required information and documents are sent through the website,
- Mark Turizm runs a preliminary check of visa eligibility, the application conditions and whether the information is consistent,
- If any information turns out to be missing, wrong or inconsistent, the Applicant is contacted,
- Depending on the chosen service, the application is prepared or completed, or assistance is given with submitting it to the official system,
- The application’s status is followed,
- The Applicant receives guidance at the stage when the result or the document is delivered.
The course of the application may vary with the Applicant’s nationality and type of travel document, the rules of the official system, any additional conditions, the speed at which information or documents are provided and the functioning of technical systems.
Article 5 | Obligations the Applicant Assumes
The Applicant accepts the points listed below:
- Every piece of information they enter in the application form is accurate, complete and up to date and corresponds to their passport or travel document,
- They must carefully verify their first name, surname and date of birth, the passport number and expiry date, the travel date, the email address and the telephone details,
- Any consequences arising from information that is incomplete, wrong, false or at odds with the passport are their responsibility,
- They have the authority to share the relevant information, whether the transaction is made for themselves or for someone else,
- They are obliged to provide on time any further information, documents or verification requested by Mark Turizm,
- The official authorities or the official system may ask for further documents, conditions, explanations or verification,
- Mark Turizm does not guarantee the result of the application.
Article 6 | The Official System and the Absence of Guarantees
How a visa application is evaluated, whether it is approved or refused, and the visa’s period of validity, number of entries, permitted stay and additional conditions all depend on the assessment of the relevant official systems and competent authorities.
Whether someone qualifies for a visa is determined by their country, the purpose of their trip, the type of travel document they hold and the conditions displayed in the official system. The preliminary check carried out by Mark Turizm replaces neither an official eligibility decision nor the result of the application.
Mark Turizm is not a visa-issuing body.
Mark Turizm is not the body that decides whether a visa is approved. It also gives no guarantee that an application will be approved, finalized within a certain time or issued with a certain period of validity, or that it will grant a right of entry into the relevant country.
Holding a visa does not mean that entry into the relevant country will certainly be granted. It is the authorized officers at the border crossing who may make the final assessment regarding entry into the relevant country.
Article 7 | Cancellation and Refund Conditions
A cancellation or refund request is assessed in the light of how far along the service is, whether the official system has already received the application, whether the official visa fee has already been paid and what the rules of the payment infrastructure provide.
- If cancellation is requested before work on the consultancy service starts, the service fee already collected by Mark Turizm may be refunded.
- Once work has begun on reviewing the information, carrying out the preliminary check, assessing eligibility, preparing the application or providing support, the Mark Turizm service fee may be partly or wholly non-refundable, depending on the scope of the service delivered.
- If the application has already reached the official visa system, or if the official visa fee has been paid to that system, it is up to the official system’s rules whether this fee is refunded.
- If the official authorities refuse the application, this alone does not require the Mark Turizm service fee to be refunded automatically.
- In the case of a duplicate payment, a clear processing mistake on Mark Turizm’s part or a technical fault in collection, the situation is reviewed as required and the appropriate correction or refund is made.
- The Applicant bears responsibility for the consequences of providing information that is wrong, incomplete, erroneous or not in line with the passport.
- Whether transaction charges withheld by the bank, the card scheme, the virtual POS or the payment infrastructure are returned may depend on the rules of the relevant payment provider.
An Applicant wishing to cancel or to obtain a refund must contact Mark Turizm. Requests are handled one by one, taking into account payment records, transaction records, the current stage of the application and the scope of the service provided.
If the Applicant raises a payment objection or starts a reversal or chargeback procedure, Mark Turizm may submit service, transaction, application and communication records, invoice details and other lawful records to the relevant bank, card scheme or payment institution.
If it is found that, despite having received the service, the Applicant used the payment objection or chargeback mechanism in bad faith in order to obtain an unjust benefit, to cause loss to Mark Turizm or to recover the fee for a service already received, Mark Turizm may file a criminal complaint against that person, initiate legal proceedings and seek compensation for the damage it has suffered.
Article 8 | Payment Security and Combating Misuse
Mark Turizm may apply administrative and technical controls to ensure payment security, prevent fake or duplicated transactions, verify that transactions are consistent, detect technical errors, block misuse and conduct the application process safely.
Within the scope of these controls, the following may be examined: the transaction time, payment status, IP address, browser and device information, phone details, email address, application details and history, and limited transaction information passed on by the payment provider.
When necessary, the Applicant may be asked for extra documents, information or verification. If the verification requested from the Applicant is not supplied, the application may be cancelled before it is processed or forwarded to the official system, or the service may be suspended for the sake of transaction security.
Article 9 | The Applicant’s Personal Data
The purposes for which the Applicant’s personal data may be processed are: conducting the application process; verifying information and documents; carrying out payment and invoicing procedures; following the application; communication and security; preventing misuse; making the necessary disclosures to official authorities or official systems; and meeting legal obligations.
A detailed explanation of how personal data is processed is given on the Privacy Policy page. The Applicant accepts that they are obliged to read the Privacy Policy before making use of the service.
The Applicant accepts that, so that the chosen service can be performed, the application information and the required documents may be transferred to payment providers, competent official authorities, the relevant official systems and those technical service providers that are essential for delivering the service.
Article 10 | Notifications and Following the Application
Notifications concerning the application process may be sent by Mark Turizm via the phone number or email address supplied by the Applicant, by SMS, through the application tracking page or through any other communication channel the Applicant has supplied.
The Applicant is responsible for keeping their contact details correct and for remaining reachable through them. Mark Turizm has no responsibility for delays that may arise from incorrect contact details such as a phone number or email address, from emails ending up in spam filters or from the Applicant failing to follow notifications.
The Applicant has a duty to check their application’s status at regular intervals on the website’s tracking screen.
Article 11 | Limits Placed on Liability
Mark Turizm cannot be held responsible for consequences caused by information or documents supplied by the Applicant that are wrong, incomplete, outdated, misleading or inconsistent with the passport.
Nor is Mark Turizm responsible for decisions of the competent authorities, interruptions in official systems, changes in official requirements or practices, the assessments of border officers, delays originating in the payment infrastructure, late replies from the Applicant or disruption caused by third-party service providers.
Insofar as the applicable legislation allows, Mark Turizm is liable only for direct damages arising from its own fault. Official fees, bank commissions, third-party charges, travel expenses, flight tickets, hotels, reservations, transport, loss of business or income and similar indirect damages fall outside this liability.
Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, social unrest, technical failures, power or internet outages, payment infrastructure failures, transport disruptions, decisions of public authorities, problems in the systems of third-party service providers and similar situations arising beyond Mark Turizm’s reasonable control may be accepted as force majeure.
When force majeure occurs, Mark Turizm’s communication and service delivery times, the support process or the content preparation process may be affected. In such situations, Mark Turizm cannot be held responsible for temporary disruptions or delays in the service.
Article 12 | Changes to This Agreement
Mark Turizm may occasionally make updates to this Service Agreement. The updated agreement comes into force on the date it is published on the website.
The agreement that applies to a transaction is the text displayed on the website on the date the Applicant gives payment or application approval for that transaction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, changes made to the agreement do not apply retroactively to previous transactions.
Article 13 | Disputes and Governing Law
This agreement is to be interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The Applicant’s mandatory rights under the legislation in force remain reserved.
If a dispute arises, it is advisable to try first to resolve it through Mark Turizm’s support channels. The right of both parties to have recourse to legal remedies is reserved.
Article 14 | Approval and Acceptance
An Applicant who, on the website, fills in the application form, pays, sends the application or ticks the relevant consent boxes is deemed to have accepted this Service Agreement.
Accordingly, the Applicant accepts the following points:
- They have read this Service Agreement and accept it,
- They have also read the Privacy Policy,
- The documents and information they provided for the selected service are up to date, complete and accurate,
- Mark Turizm does not guarantee how the application will turn out,
- No guarantee exists that they will be able to enter the relevant country,
- They have understood the refund and cancellation terms,
- They give their approval after checking the total amount and the payment items shown to them during the application.
The Applicant cannot complete the application or payment process unless the required consent boxes are ticked and the required approval is given. When the application or payment process has been completed, this agreement is considered accepted.
Türkiye Annex
Annex Article 1 | The Türkiye Annex: Scope and Precedence
The rules in this Türkiye Annex (the “Annex”) are specific to Türkiye visa consultancy, the packages available for that consultancy and the personalized Türkiye plan prepared under the selected package (referred to together as the “Türkiye Service”). The Annex applies exclusively to the Türkiye Service.
For the Türkiye Service, this Annex and the General Terms constitute the Service Agreement. This Annex is inseparable from that agreement, but it does not replace the General Terms.
The special provisions set out here apply together with the General Terms for the Türkiye Service. If a provision in this Annex is incompatible with a provision in the General Terms, the provision in this Annex takes precedence for the Türkiye Service only to the extent of the incompatibility. The mandatory rights reserved under Article 13 of the General Terms are unaffected by this rule of precedence.
In applying the General Terms to the Türkiye Service, the expression “relevant country” means Türkiye.
Articles in this Annex are numbered in a separate sequence and are called “Annex Articles”. References here to “Article … of the General Terms” concern the articles of the General Terms, whereas “Annex Article …” concerns an article in this Annex. Neither numbering sequence continues the other.
Annex Article 2 | What Türkiye Visa Consultancy Is
Türkiye visa consultancy is an optional support service, provided only when separately requested by nationals of countries eligible for this visa and by persons holding eligible travel documents.
Applicants eligible for the visa may make their application themselves, directly on the official government portal.
What Mark Turizm offers is a support service provided at the Applicant’s request, and it is not a replacement for the official portal.
Procedures relating to work, education, medical treatment, research, long-term residence or consular visas fall outside the Türkiye visa consultancy service that is the subject of this Annex.
Annex Article 3 | What Türkiye Visa Consultancy Covers
Depending on the chosen package and on what the Applicant needs, Mark Turizm’s consultancy and application support may include the following:
- Advance review of visa eligibility and of the conditions for application,
- Preparation of the information to be used in the application,
- An initial check of whether passport details, travel date and personal information are consistent with one another,
- Checking the information for consistency and checking any additional conditions,
- Assistance in submitting the application to the official system on the basis of the information provided by the Applicant,
- Keeping track of where the application stands,
- Guidance at the download and delivery stage, if the visa document is approved,
- Preparation of a personalized Türkiye plan, depending on the content of the chosen package.
A visa is a travel document that the competent Turkish authorities issue according to the rules of the official system.
Annex Article 4 | Packages Available for Türkiye Visa Consultancy
The Applicant may select one of the consultancy packages shown on the website.
The differences between packages may relate to service priority within Mark Turizm, the extent to which the application is checked, the level of support, the scope of tracking, and the level of detail and preparation time of the personalized Türkiye plan.
Package names such as Fast or Express point only to Mark Turizm’s internal service priority, how quickly support replies, the scope of the check and the time it takes to prepare the personalized Türkiye plan.
Selecting a package neither shortens the decision period of the official authorities nor provides a guarantee of visa approval or of entry into Türkiye.
The delivery periods given in a package begin once the Applicant has completed the payment and supplied the necessary information. Missing information or documents, waiting for a reply from the Applicant, official holidays, a technical fault or force majeure may affect these delivery periods.
Annex Article 5 | Preparing the Personalized Türkiye Plan
The personalized Türkiye plan, which is offered within the selected consultancy package, is an information and travel-preparation service.
The plan may include topics such as transport, routes, cafés, restaurants, events, shopping areas, theatre, concerts, museums, cultural routes, a daily program, a checklist for the return day or practical travel notes.
The purpose of the suggestions in the personalized Türkiye plan is to provide information and direction. Mark Turizm does not guarantee reservations, tickets, prices, availability, journey times, whether an event will go ahead, or the quality or outcome of third-party services.
In packages that include phone or WhatsApp support guidance, this refers to communication and guidance support provided within the scope of Mark Turizm’s own services. That support does not replace emergency health, legal, security, official authority or third-party services.
Annex Article 6 | Information the Applicant Must Supply for the Türkiye Plan
So that the personalized Türkiye plan can be prepared, the Applicant is obliged to share the requested information, such as travel dates and duration, the number of people, age group, interests, city, region and transport preferences, expectations regarding the accommodation area, budget range, special sensitivities and similar details, accurately, completely and in up-to-date form.
If the plan prepared does not correspond to the Applicant’s expectations because the information they shared was incomplete, wrong, out of date, false or misleading, Mark Turizm cannot be held responsible for this.
If their travel preferences or circumstances change, the Applicant has to inform Mark Turizm of the change before the preparation of the plan is finished. Change requests received after preparation has started or after the plan has been delivered may be assessed separately, taking into account availability and the scope of the service.
Annex Article 7 | Requests to Correct, Explain or Change the Türkiye Plan
The Applicant may request that the personalized Türkiye plan handed over to them, or an assessment or list in it, be corrected or explained to a reasonable extent.
When the scope of a revision or change request is assessed, the selected consultancy package, the nature of the request, the delivery stage of the plan and the accuracy of the information initially given by the Applicant are taken into account.
If the Applicant changes fundamental elements such as the travel date, city preference, number of people, purpose of travel, budget range, expectations regarding the accommodation area or travel pace, additional work may be required. In such a case, Mark Turizm may ask for a new service request to be opened or for an additional fee to be paid.
Annex Article 8 | Using the Türkiye Plan and Intellectual Property Rights
The personalized Türkiye plan prepared by Mark Turizm, along with the route notes, lists, texts, assessments, visuals, tables, checklists, recommendation documents and similar material that form part of it, may be regarded as content produced by Mark Turizm.
The Applicant may use the personalized Türkiye plan prepared specifically for them only to plan their personal travel. Without Mark Turizm’s written permission, this content must not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published or used to provide services to third persons for commercial purposes.
Explanations, personal preferences, special information or travel notes provided by the Applicant to Mark Turizm for the personalized Türkiye plan may be used to prepare the plan and to communicate with the Applicant.
Annex Article 9 | Specific Cancellation and Refund Provisions for the Türkiye Service
A cancellation or refund request for the Türkiye Service is assessed as provided in Article 7 of the General Terms. Whether the personalized Türkiye plan is ready is taken into account as well as the criteria set out in that article.
- Once work has begun on drawing up the personalized Türkiye plan, the Mark Turizm service fee may be partly or wholly non-refundable, depending on the scope of the service delivered.
- If the personalized Türkiye plan has already been prepared or delivered, the fee for this service may be excluded from refund.
Annex Article 10 | Acceptance Statements for the Türkiye Service
Once this Annex has been shown to the Applicant, completing the application or payment process for the Türkiye Service means that the Applicant has accepted both this Annex and the General Terms. Accordingly, in addition to the statements in Article 14 of the General Terms, the Applicant accepts the following points:
- If they choose the Türkiye visa consultancy service, that service is not compulsory, and the application may be submitted directly via the official portal instead,
- If they choose the Türkiye visa consultancy service, packages such as Fast or Express do not reduce the time needed for the official decision.
